VisitarAralSea offers guided tours and related travel services in Kazakhstan. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment as specified in the tour offer.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment system, or in person.
Final details, including itinerary, price, and included services, will be provided upon confirmation.
By the client: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on the cancellation date relative to the tour start date.
7+ days before tour: 90% refund
3–6 days: 50% refund
Less than 3 days: No refund
By VisitarAralSea: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety issues). In such cases, clients may receive a full refund or reschedule.
Clients must provide accurate personal information during booking.
Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during the tour.
Clients must follow the instructions of tour guides and local regulations.
VisitarAralSea is not liable for:
Any injury, loss, damage, or accident occurring during the tour.
Changes to the itinerary due to weather, political, or other unforeseen conditions.
We recommend all participants to have travel insurance.
All content on visitaralsea.kz, including text, images, and logos, is the property of VisitarAralSea or its content providers and may not be used without permission.
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the effective date.
